Terms of Service & Disclosure Agreement

1. Scope of Publishing Services

By completing this purchase, you are enrolling in publishing services provided by Thought Provoking Publishers (a brand operated under KTM LLC). Enrollment includes editorial review, design preparation, distribution coordination, and strategic consulting as specified in your selected tier. TPP retains full creative editorial integrity while collaborating with the author to bring their work to market.

2. Manuscript Delivery & Production Timelines

All editorial, design, and production schedules commence upon receipt of the author’s complete, final manuscript draft and required onboarding materials. Project completion timelines are dependent on timely author reviews and feedback approvals.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom, labor-intensive nature of publishing, editorial, and design consulting, all fees paid are non-refundable once work on the account has commenced. You may request to pause production schedules prior to final formatting by providing written notice to your account manager.
