Terms of Service & Disclosure Agreement

1. Scope of Mastermind & Coaching Services

By completing this purchase, you are enrolling in The Sovereign Framework Masterclass / VIP Mastermind Offer. Enrollment grants access to training modules, group or individual coaching sessions, live mastermind calls, and digital framework materials as outlined in the program description. Program access and materials are non-transferable.

2. Payment Plan Terms & Auto-Charge Authorization

If you select the split-payment option ($725.00/month for 3 months), you agree that this is a total payment commitment of $2,175.00, not a monthly subscription or membership that can be canceled at will. You authorize automatic recurring charges of $725.00 to your payment method every 30 days for 3 consecutive billing cycles until the total balance is paid in full.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the immediate access granted to proprietary frameworks, curriculum, and live coaching access, all payments (including initial deposit payments and payment plan installments) are strictly non-refundable. Defaulting on scheduled payment plan installments will result in immediate suspension of program and mastermind access without relieving the balance due.

4. Earnings, Success & Financial Disclaimer
